No Special Equipment Required

You do not need special equipment or a lot of space for the rehab, most of the work is done upright in sitting or standing.

Just Minutes Each Day

Each course has a set of videos you watch at the start of your week and then we give you practical ways to integrate the tools and strategies into your daily life.  You set your schedule and routine and we help you be successful. Most weeks it is only 45 min of videos and daily integration of about 10-15 minutes.

Series Targeted to Your Specific Goal

Every Series focuses on a daily activity or weekly habit that will encourage healing.

I'm a Physical Therapist, a Speaker, and an Educator. I'm also the founder of the Tummy Team.

I believe we need to stop normalizing core and pelvic floor dysfunction just because the symptoms are common. Common and normal are NOT the same thing.

After multiple pregnancies and subsequent back pain, a protruding tummy, and weak core muscles, I started looking for answers. I felt alone and ashamed, but as a physical therapist I knew there was a solution. Once I found it I couldn't let another woman go through this alone.

As a woman, wife, mother, athlete and physical therapist specializing in rehabilitation of the internal muscles of the core and pelvic floor, I have a unique perspective and dedication to helping people rebuild their true core strength and gain confidence and connection throughout the process.

You CAN overcome challenges like back pain, protruding tummy and weak core that come from Diastasis Recti.

By the time I found the Tummy Team, I had lived with chronic pain during years and tried all sorts of physical therapy and workout programs with no success. The courses offered helped me improve my quality of life in all the expected and MANY unexpected ways! I feel like a new person.

Kelly Dean MPT is one of those amazing people who provides you with the knowledge and tools to help you heal yourself. Before our visit, she thoroughly reviewed my health history. During our conversation, she explained how my past physical injuries, treatments, and surgeries contributed to my long-term diastasis recti condition. Using her wisdom and experience, she then suggested the best plan of action to heal my body based on my specific diagnosis. She has devoted her life to helping others with these conditions. Kelly is a gem, and I am incredibly thankful to be in her care on this journey.

I found TTT on YouTube when I was looking into the effects of swimming on my diastasis recti. I joined and used Kelly's course on Core Prep for Surgery in the run-up to my own hernia / diastasis repair. I found it very helpful and very professional. I always intended to use TTT as an interim bridge until I could get in to see a physical therapist in-person. Now post op I'm glad I did, but I have FINALLY (after almost 6 month wait) have started seeing a local PT for my post-op rehab and so I've dropped my membership. For now. I may well re-join for Kelly's specific guidance when I'm ready to resume serious swimming - but that is several months away still. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone with similar issues seeking on-line support.
