Most of the men we work with at The Tummy Team used to be more active, involved in sports, and devoted to abdominal workouts. Now, they spend most of their days sitting at desks, driving, and being fairly sedentary.

When the core is functionally weak our body basically collapses and, over time, is forced to recruit a variety of alternate compensation strategies. The collapse results in poor posture, a bulging tummy, diastasis recti, constipation, abdominal hernias, abdominal pain, and prostate issues. The compensations result in the pain and instability you are now experiencing.
