Returns and Refunds

We stand behind our services and want you to be satisfied with what you pay for. We will always do our best to go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of our clients. Our philosophy is to treat you with kindness and respect. We hope you will do the same for us.

eSession Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Tummy Team therapists strive to see as many eSession clients as possible in our limited clinic hours. For this reason, we adhere to the following policies regarding eSession appointments:

  • If you need to cancel an eSession, 48-hour notice is required to reschedule it or to receive a refund.
  • If 48-hour notice is not given, a $50 fee will be charged and payment is required before you may reschedule.
  • In the case of emergencies within the 48-hour window, please contact us immediately. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Online Course Refund Policy

We stand behind the effectiveness of our programs, but as with all physical therapy, the effectiveness is in part determined by the client’s application and integration of the content provided in the programs.

We offer support to online clients through our online member’s forum. If you are not feeling success at any point in the program, we encourage you to reach out to our therapists through the forum. Our therapists specialize in troubleshooting these cases and can often customize your program access or provide extra materials and guidance to help. Please do not wait until the end of your program to reach out.

The following are our policies regarding refunds for online programs:

  • No refunds are given for online programs.
  • All online programs have limited access and access begins when the client activates their course.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: If you are unable to complete your program due to medical reasons or unforeseen circumstances, and require your program to be paused, please contact us immediately. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Technical Difficulty: If you are experiencing technical issues, please use the “Account Support” tab in your account area to contact us immediately. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. In the rare occurrence that technical issues cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund will be considered.

Abdominal Splint Refund Policy

The following are our policies regarding refunds for abdominal splints:

  • Splints cannot be returned once worn. 
  • If the splint you ordered does not fit as expected, you may return or exchange it so long as it does not show signs of wear and is in resaleable condition.
*The quickest way to replace a wrong splint is to immediately order the correct one from
our website, while you ship the incorrect splint back for a refund.
  • If there is a manufacturing flaw in your splint, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us to arrange a replacement.

Please Note:

  • All returns and exchanges do not include return shipping fees and will incur a $5 handling fee.
  • Refunds and exchanges must take place within 6 months of your original purchase.
  • In the case of a refund, you will receive the money back in the original method of payment, minus the $5 handling fee.
  • Please include your packing slip and a description of why you are returning the item. If exchanging, please also include what item you wish to exchange it for.
  • International Exchanges: a shipping fee of $15 is required for a new product. Please include a check with your return. Orders returned without payment will not receive a replacement. Instead, we will refund your purchase, minus the $5 handling fee.

Apparel and Other Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges are given on unworn apparel and unused accessories. *Return shipping fees are not included.

Refunds and exchanges are not given on Toning Tummy Balm unless there is a manufacturing defect.
