Core Support Trauma Recovery Program Voucher

Core Support is a 4-week Core Trauma Recovery course designed to address disconnect, loss, trauma and grief stored in the muscles of the core.

This course was designed for men and women who have experienced trauma including (but not limited to) illness, accident, injury, surgery, loss, and chronic pain and have disconnected from their core as a form of survival.

Each week takes you gently through a process to give you strategies to identify the ways your body may be storing past emotional and physical trauma in the muscles of your core and gives you an intentional process to release it, reconnect and reclaim strength and movement that has been lost in the grieving process.
