Women struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction; stress or urge incontinence, pelvic prolapse, constipation, pelvic pain, pelvic instability, or pain with intimacy who have recently completed Core Foundations but still have lingering pelvic floor issues. Core Foundations is a prerequisite for this course.
