How It Works

Video Education

Each week you have access to a series of videos that center around the foundational focus of the week. The content is typically around 45-60 minutes/week. You will watch the videos, take notes and practice the tools and strategies as instructed.

Each Foundational Focus is divided into 5 components:

  • Foundational Component
  • Common Compensation Component
  • Release Component (stretches)
  • Integration Component 
  • Challenge Component (fitness)  

Tips, Tools, Resources and Strategies

This course gets creative. It is filmed in a real home with real life tips and tools as well as downloadable resources to help you build a core strong lifestyle in your own home, work and play environments. We give strategies to create opportunities for your core to be strong in all areas of your real life.

Included in this course is an easy to access glossary of all the exercises, stretches, releases, and strategies that The Tummy Team is famous for.

Functional Integration

The focus of this course it to create more and more opportunities for you seamlessly integrate your new posture, alignment and core strength into the everyday demands of your life. The videos will tackle the most common challenges we face and give you strategies to implement into these daily life requirements.

Weekly Progression

The structure of this course is similar to our foundational courses where new content is released each week. Some of this content will build on the week before but typically this content will build on the tools that you have already be introduced to in your foundational courses. Extended access of 16 weeks gives clients time to spend extra attention on specific areas of interest for them but still gives them a structure that helps them be consistent.
