Video Education
Each week/section you have access to a series of videos that center around the focus of the week. The content is typically around 45-60 minutes/week. You will watch the videos, take notes and practice strategies as instructed.
You can review any videos you watch, but our program is set up in a way that you don't need to rewatch it to do the instructed work.
Downloadable Handouts/ Audio Meditation
Each week/section will include downloadable and printable homework plan. In addition we include a weekly audio download that takes you through a guided meditation and walks you through some of the strategies you learned that week. We also encourage you to journal as you go through the course and provide some prompts to help you.
Recovery Strategies
The last video in each section summarizes your "homework" for the next week or so. After you've finished the videos, you simply implement what you have learned into your daily routine over the next week. We give you 1-3 weeks for each section of material so you can take extra time if needed to connect, process, journal and feel.
And if you have questions along the way, you can reach out to Kelly directly on our private client forums or via email. We also strongly encourage you to use this course to supplement counseling, a support group or other mental health support.
Weekly Progression
In most of The Tummy Team courses we encourage you to progress each week. But this course is a bit different and we want you to progress but not rush the process. It is essential to feel successful with each strategy and not power through to the next content if you need more time to do the work. So your access to the next week will be available after 1 week but you have time to take 2-3 weeks in each section before moving on.
It is important to continue to move through the course. Each section provides important tools for you to get the healing your body needs.
