10 weeks of access to complete the 8-week course
Each week you have access to a series of videos that center around the focus of the week. The content is typically around 45-60 minutes/week. You will watch the videos, take notes and pactice exercises or stretches as instructed.
You can review any videos you watch, but our program is set up in a way that you don't need to rewatch it to do the instructed work.
Most weeks will include downloadable and printable handouts. These include assessments that track how your symptoms improve, charts to keep you on track, weekly rehab plans, and the exercises or stretches reviewed in the video. These are yours to keep even after the program ends.
After you've finished the videos, you simply implement what you have learned into your daily routine over the next week. Don't worry, all of our rehab exercises are functional - they will seamlessly integrate into what you are already doing, such as sitting, bending, reaching, lifting, etc.
And if you have questions along the way, you can reach out to our Core Rehab Specialists™ through the online forum.
After a week, your body is ready for the next step and you will receive access to more content with a new focus of the week. This timed progression is intentional because this is physical therapy and your body needs time to master each concept. Each new training module builds on the previous content.
Don't worry, two extra weeks of full access to the content is provided to allow for illness or other delays in the program.
