Any intellectual property including, but not limited to: logos, slogans, webpage content, content within purchased programs (video or written), images or other graphics (collectively, “IP”) developed in whole or in part by The Tummy Team (herein referred to as “TTT”) used on TheTummyTeam.com or on any of TTT’s social media platforms is exclusive property of TTT and is protected by copyright.
Virtual Distribution of Intellectual Property:
Any IP publicly shared on the TTT’s social media platforms or public website pages is granted to be distributed by way of any social media account or blog, be it personal or business, under these terms:
(1) If the TTT logo and/or website is included in the graphic, it must remain intact when distributed.
(2) If distributing IP where TTT logo or website does not exist, credit to TTT must be given.
(3) The original material is not modified or amended in any way.
(4) You may share these in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
Any IP shared in a paid online program, be it written or in a video, is not granted to be virtually reproduced or virtually distributed in any way. Permission is granted to take notes for personal and educational use only. If you are an Apprentice or Endorsed Professional, please refer to your Agreement to view our policies on sharing resources and training.
Physical Distribution of Intellectual Property:
Any IP publicly shared on the TTT’s social media platforms or public website pages is not granted to be physically distributed in any manner, be it personal or professional.
Any IP shared in a paid online program, be it written or in a video, is not granted to be physically reproduced or physically distributed in any way. Permission is granted to take notes for personal and educational use only. If you are an Apprentice or Endorsed Professional, please refer to your Agreement to view our policies on sharing resources and training.

Amendment:
TTT reserves the right to ask you to remove any IP which is representing TTT in an unworthy manner as deemed by TTT in its sole and absolute discretion. This can include but is not limited to: misrepresenting the company, its reputation, its interests, its intent or its educational material.
