Women struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction; stress or urge incontinence, pelvic prolapse, constipation, pelvic pain, pelvic instability, or pain with intimacy.

Anyone physically preparing for an abdominal surgery (laparoscopic or full incision), though we specifically see clients for hernia repairs, hysterectomy, bowel resections, back surgery, scoliosis surgery, tummy tucks, gastric bypass, and gallbladder surgery.

Expecting moms who have at least 4 weeks prior to birth and have planned Cesarean birth. It includes specific information for Cesarean birth preparation post-op recovery.

Any expecting mother who is past her first trimester but still has at least 6 weeks left in her pregnancy. It is especially beneficial for pregnant women suffering from diastasis recti, back pain, pelvic pain and those with a history of a previous difficult delivery, C-section, or traumatic birth.
